Strategic Goals and Policies
Board members underscored their focus on improving English Language Arts growth and tackling bullying in schools, approving policies to streamline these objectives. Superintendent Francine Coss will now provide monthly reports to track progress, with a mid-term evaluation slated for March 2025.
Celebrating Student Success
The board recognized standout achievements, including Students of the Month, the highest PSAT scorers, and volunteers who participated in the Rotary Club’s “Light Up the Town” event.
Budget Transparency and Personnel Updates
A financial report reviewed November expenditures of $1,015,350.89, unanimously approved by the board. On personnel matters, resignations and a retirement were noted, including the departure of a JV basketball coach and a veteran math teacher.
