This press release was provided to the Clocktown Chronicle by Matt Geer, President of Water-Oak Warrors Football.

In a groundbreaking collaboration that blends community pride with craft beer excellence, the Water-Oak Warriors Football program and Clocktown Brewing Company proudly announce the launch of Warriors Ale, a limited-release amber ale designed to raise funds and spirits across the region.

This partnership is unprecedented in the United States—a youth football organization teaming up with a local brewery to create a custom beer for fundraising. The initiative sets a bold new precedent for how youth sports programs can creatively support their athletes while championing local business. “This is about the kids and we at Clocktown have a unique opportunity to make an impact by partnering with Water-Oak to ensure each and every kid realizes their dream,” noted George LaCapra, Jr. – Owner of Clocktown Brewing.

Warriors Ale is a 4.9% ABV amber ale that’s as balanced as the team it represents. With rich caramel malt notes, a smooth bitterness, and bright citrus and pine aromas, it’s a beer that invites fans to savor the moment—and is easy to reach for another. This limited release amber ale is balanced, malty, hoppy, and refreshing.

Available exclusively to parents and fans that are ages 21 and older. Proceeds from Warriors Ale will directly benefit the Water-Oak Warriors Football program. Funds will be used to enhance equipment, upgrade facilities, and elevate game day experiences for athletes and families alike.

“This isn’t just a beer—it’s a badge of honor,” said Mike D’Angelico, Board Member for Water-Oak Football & Cheer. Warriors Ale represents the grit, pride, and unity of our football family. Our organization is thrilled to partner with Clocktown Brewing to raise the bar for youth sports fundraising. Clocktown Brewing Company, known for its inventive small-batch beers and deep community roots, shares the excitement.

Matt Geer, President of Water-Oak Football & Cheer, stated, “We are honored to partner with Clocktown Brewing Company and appreciate the support they have provided to our organization while taking our vision and turning it into a reality. While our athletic teams may now be called the Warriors, it was important to us to pay homage to the Indians, which proudly represented the Town of Watertown for decades. Looming in the background of the can is a picture of an Indian, which reinforces that once an Indian, always an Indian. Gone but not forgotten! Have you ever wondered what excellence taste likes? Look no further than Warriors Ale – an amber ale that has been proudly brewed for champions.”

Warriors Ale is a celebration of local spirit, and we’re proud to stand with Clocktown Brewing Company in this pioneering effort.

Warriors Ale will be available for a limited time through this link: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/warriors-ale.

Simply preorder your desired package, grab a pint, raise a toast, and support the future of Water-Oak Football.
