Previous Offices and Public Service:
Kristin served on the Board of Finance from 2005 to 2013 and the Pension Committee during the same period. She was a member of the Board of Selectmen from 2013 to 2015 and Town Treasurer from 2017 to 2021. Since 2006, she has been a member of the Historic Commission. She has also served as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Railroad Museum of New England.

Occupation / Professional Background:
Kristin works as a teacher in the Region 10 School District.

Education:
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Bridgeport.

Volunteer / Community Involvement:
A lifelong Thomaston resident, Kristin has been actively engaged in the community since 2005. In addition to her appointed or elected roles, she has consistently supported local historic preservation and nonprofit initiatives. In 2017, Kristin was recognized as the Rotary Citizen of the Year.

Personal Details:
Kristin is a graduate of Thomaston High School and the mother of three THS graduates: Jamison, McKenna, and Cierra.
