Quote from the Candidate:

“I’m running for the Board of Finance because I believe strong communities are built on responsible budgets and smart investments. In my career, I’ve worked with state legislatures, local governments, and community leaders to balance priorities, plan for the future, and make sure resources are used wisely. Now that my family and I are proud to call Thomaston home, I want to put that experience to work here—helping ensure our town remains affordable, well-managed, and prepared for the challenges ahead. My focus will be on fiscal responsibility, supporting services that matter to families, and making decisions that reflect the long-term interests of our community” —Jack DeOliveira
